Training is conducted daily for members in accordance with the Mermaid Beach Training schedule.
As part of the MNM arrangements, all members of Miami, Nobby’s or Mermaid who have a desire to become a better lifesaver or for competition can attend Mermaid training sessions.
Note: The club caters for a range of abilities from high-performance athletes to beginners and training sessions are tailored to specific groups accordingly.
