The Club is managed by Club Officers elected by members at the Annual General Meeting.  Club Management is structured as shown in the attached organization chart into an Executive Committee and a Management Committee, one of which meets every month. 

The key functional areas of the Club, eached headed up by a member of the Executive Committee  are:

·    Surf Life Saving

·    Surf Sports

·    Nippers

·    Youth

·    Administration

·    Finance

 

The Club employs 2 part time Club Administrators Jo Briody and Kellie Giblett who works in the Club Office: Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm and Sunday 8am till 12pm(only during the season Aug - May)
